If you are a new patient, and are ready to schedule your initial appointment:

1. Select “New Patient Comprehensive“;
2. Choose from one of our convenient appointment times;
3. Provide the required information, including your email and phone number.
4. We’ll confirm your appointment via email within two days.
   I look forward to meeting you and starting you on your journey to better health.
   You will be charged a one time $399 feel for your initial visit.
